Yesterday, Olivia told me I looked like a grandma. She said,"It is because of those big, I mean little lines on your hands. Look at them mommy. Your hands look like a grandma's hands."
Then, today, she said, "I am never going to wash my hands after a go to the bathroom ever again!"
I told her, "You have to wash your hands or you might get sick.:'
Her answer was, " But I eat lots of vegetables. I eat bananas and they are vegetables. Lots of foods are vegetables."

Whenever people comment on how young I look I just want to say, "look at my hands," I feel like my hands immediately give away the fact that I'm no spring chicken.

The question is... does she not want to wash her hands because they then might look older like grandma hands?
that's funny. did you tell her your hands look like that because you wash them so much or something? Is that where the follow up comment came from???
