We moved into a fixer-upper and most rooms do not have a finished look. I like this room because it feels finished, even though we still plan to redo the floors and cabinets.
I really like the contrast in colors and I like the fact that I found a picture to match the shower curtain. Most nights, I get to give my two little girls a bath in this room and that time is precious.
So what is your favorite room and why? I'd love to hear.

My kitchen is my favorite. It is usually the only clean room. I took the doors off the cabinets, painted them red, inside and out and got some cute dishes. It is not high tech or anything you would see in a magazine but it is very ME. I love it and so do the kids.
I love your shower curtain.
My favorite room is probably the living room. It's the room that the rest of the house centers around. It also has a big picture window where I can see what's going on outside, a big comfy couch and recliner that I can cozy up and read in and a big empty (supposedly) floor for game playing and book reading to the kids.
Our kitchen/dining room/family room & my office are all kinda one big room w/ four sections/no walls dividing them. I like it b/c it keeps us all together in one place & interacting so much of the time, even when we're doing our own thing ...& it's nice for entertaining :)
The decor is great in that room. So girly.
I really like my BR these days. The view out the window is fantastic. And I love the custom windows with the wood frames.
