A Shiny Sink
I started flying with the Fly Lady last week. I have done it before, but really hadn't since I had Olivia. The first task is to keep your sink shiny. I have kept it that way for one week now. It feels so good. It is amazing how attitude has affected my house keeping. The Fly Lady does such a wonderful job of encouraging. I almost can't wait to see what my next task will be.

I used to do Flylady--from her suggestions I came up with a schedule for cleaning my house that worked for years. Until Joe was born actually. I have tried to start back up again with my old system but just can't seem to get back into it. I think I will visit her site again and see if I can try her methods again. I know I need to do something.
Yes, I started flying when Grace was little, but everytime I had a baby, I would not be able to keep it up. Now Libby is three and I am just starting again.
Am I missing something...what is the fly lady???
Flylady is a lady who has a system for keeping your house clean, especially for Sidetracked Home Executives. You sign up and she sends you emails telling you what to do each day. She does it in a way that is not overwhelming and fun.
Isn't the shiny sink the best? I still follow that routine and have not been on flylady in ages. It does make a huge difference though seeing a clean sink in the kitchen.
